This report provides an overview of global deep tech ecosystems, followed by a thorough insight on the background and methodology of the execution of the “LAC Deep Tech Exchange Program”, a project jointly conducted by Born2Global Centre, the Interamerican Development Bank and Centraal to support and foster cross-continental startup partnerships between Korean and Latin American startups, where a total of 5 pairs were selected to receive a total of $120,000 USD each.
The report also explains in detail the lessons learned from the program, focusing on the impact that the program has had on the startups, as well as the positive social impact it has had on the region.
